    As of Spring 2019, we are announcing our COMM Focus Award to recognize students who have chosen to pursue multiple class in our discipline. This award is available to students who have taken at least three Chemeketa COMM classes and passed with at least a B grade, recognizing their proficiency in a range of communications skills.

    To apply, please contact Josie Wood (subject line FOCUS AWARD) to confirm that you meet the criteria. Then you can include your completion of a Communication Focus Award on your resume and prove you’ve got these skills!

    Note that this is not the same as a degree or a certification, but rather an award to recognize the depth of student engagement in the communications field.
