Discussions for this week will be the Course Evaluations: one from Chemeketa Distance Learning Department and one from me, so I can improve this class for the next group.

There are no points assigned, and I can't see any comments until after the grades are in.

1. Please be honest in your answers. You are free to add both pluses and minues without fear of reprisal.
2. What is most helpful to me is your comments, so I can make the course better for future students. So think, what you would change and how you would change it.

Faculty Course Evaluation

When you post a message here, click on the third button under the topic, which says anonymous. Then your identify will be screened. And yes, that button has been there all term, but mostly I want to know who is responding to the discussions, so I don't highlight until now, when you need it!

Here are the items that I am interested in hearing about. (Of course, you can other items, that I may not be interested in, but should hear! )

1. Should the textbook quizzes be assigned as a pre-test, post-test or optional?
2. Did you u se the lesson plans on the CD?
3. What do you wish that you had known before taking this class?
4. What was your favorite part or activity in this class?
5. What was mising from the class that you wished we had covered?
6. What would you leave our or delete the next time?
7. What would you like to tell new students about this class. Any advice?

If you check the box Reply/Quote in WebBoard, the questions will be repeated for you and you can just insert your answers under each one, without having to re-type the question!

How to turn in the bibliography and NETS:
Due by Friday of Week 10- March 10.

Videos ABSOLUTELY need to be in my office by the end of Monday or I won't get them in time to grade.

1. Online Options:

• Put annotated bibliography in Wk 10 Final Bibliography. This way the links are active. Note: you can type this in Word and then just copy and paste into the message area. Don't try to be fancy in Word. The message area will not hold the formatting.
• Attach a word processing file to a message.

2.Print Options:

• Print off the Bibliography and NETS.
• Deliver to Bld. 38. I have a mail box right opposite the secretary's desk. There are two 15 minute parking spaces right next to my office, so you can just pop in without having to worry about parking.
• Use campus mail. Any secretary, the library or the mail room have manila campus mailers. Just put Lucy MacDonald, Bld. 38. Allow an extra day to go through this route!
• Use US Mail. Send to:

3. Videos: Please use the above address. Due no later than Monday, March 13th. Please add your snail mail return address, so I can mail your video back to you.

I will send everyone a full progress report by Saturday, March 18th. The college will send out grades the following week.
